Enrolment

The College follows procedures outlined by Sydney Catholic Schools. These procedures have been developed in the context of government and system requirements.

GENERAL ENROLMENT INFORMATION

An Information Pack which includes the Application for Enrolment Form can be obtained by completing the online form which can be found on the Information Package page.

Upon receiving the Information Pack, should you wish to be considered for a place, it is necessary to forward the completed Application to Enrol at Sydney Catholic Schools Form and non-refundable Enrolment Application Fee of $200 to the College.

It is important that all prospective parents read, understand and agree with Sydney Catholic Schools Enrolment Policy before proceeding with an Enrolment Application.

Parish Priest Reference
As part of the Enrolment process for Sydney Catholic Schools, families are encouraged to provide a Reference from your Parish Priest/Minister at your local church.  The form should be completed by your Parish Priest/Minister and they will return it directly to the College.

ENROLMENTS FOR YEAR 7, 2019

Applications for 2019 will be considered. Please contact the College for further information.

ENROLMENTS FOR YEAR 7, 2020                         

Week commencing 26 February: Application forms will be sent to Year 5 students attending a St Clare’s College feeder school: Galilee Bondi, St. Anthony’s Clovelly, St. Brigid’s Coogee, St. Francis of Assisi Paddington, McAuley Rose Bay, St. Charles’ Waverley and Holy Cross Woollahra.

Written offers of a place at St Clare’s College for Year 7, 2020 sent to parents: 2 July 2018

SCS Enrolment Application forms are available online and also at the College Reception.

ENTRY AFTER YEAR 7

A limited number of places may be available in Years 8–11 for students meeting our criteria. Places in these non-intake years are subject to availability.  Please contact The Enrolment Secretary for more information.

 WITHDRAWAL OF ENROLMENT
