Over the last two months the College has been running a Photographic Competition for staff and students. There were six categories available to submit an entry to and we had almost three hundred submissions from across the College which was amazing. We would like to thanks Mrs Kimberley Freed for her efforts in not only getting the competition up and running but for collecting and collating all the wonderful entries for judging. A big thanks to Ms Smith for casting her eye over the entries and selecting the winners in each category.
The winners in each category were:
Portrait: Gia Reichinger (Year 7)
Landscape: Queenie Mahachai (Year 7)
Architectural: Casey Pascoe (Year 12)
Street: Olivia Aristides (Year 7)
Macro: Macy Moore (Year 11)
Abstract: Elise Williamson (Year 11)
Elise Williamson from Year 11 was judged to have captured to best image across all categories. Her winning entry, featured above, capturing the sunset through the barbed wire fence was stunning.
