Our HSC Hospitality students created a magnificent High Tea for our staff yesterday as part of an assessment task designed for them to prepare a range of appetisers, salads and desserts. To say it was magnificent is an understatement. These girls have consistently presented outstanding food creations over the last twelve months and we will miss them all so much.
Their next challenge is to take over a restaurant in Maroubra next week and prepare a three course meal for a select group of guests. This was one of the highlights of the Hospitality program last year and we expect the girls will more than meet the challenge next Tuesday.
