Today our Year 8 students experienced a Launch Day for the “Lights, Camera, Social Action!” cross-curricular project. This project is a collaboration between English, RE, and Music. In small groups, students will be creating a short film to shine a light on a social justice issue. Year 7-12 Textbook Suppliers 2021 Textbook lists coming soon Heads of Department have looked to incorporate ebooks wherever possible. It is imperative that all resources, books and ebooks, as outlined on the Year 7 Booklist, be purchased ready for the first day of school. The Religion ebook must be purchased and will become available to the student in the second week of school once students have received their school email account. The Science ebook must also purchased.
St Clare’s is a 1:1 learning environment. The College is on a journey to become an Apple Distinguished School and as such all students are currently required to have either a MacBook or MacBook Air to use in their everyday learning. The College chose Apple because of the seamless integration between their applications, allowing greater opportunity for creativity.
