Our girls are back again for another day of spirituality at the Australian Catholic Youth Festival at Homebush. The feedback from those who went on Day One was very positive and hopefully this will translate to a renewed enthusiasm for our faith amongst our young people. Certainly having performers like Fr Rob Galea will make a huge impact. Hanging out with Steve Angrisano is not bad either!
Our Year 7 girls from the Claverie House spent time with the residents of Illowra Nursing Home as part of Gratitude Day. It was a great experience for all involved and we are delighted to be able to share some images from the visit.
Our Year 9 students prepared gifts for the patients at the Children’s Hospital at Randwick as part of their involvement in Gratitude Day. This morning we received a lovely message thanking the girls for their wonderful gesture. Your students are angels! The amount of effort that must have gone into sourcing and collecting such a large amount of toys etc. is amazing, thank you so very much.
